SECTION 01
Purpose and scope of this Disclaimer
This Disclaimer applies to the AriSai Quant website, dashboards,
indicators, scripts, models, rankings, portfolio-research tools,
educational materials, AI-assisted explanations, support
communications, and all related services and content
(collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you
understand their analytical and educational nature, their
limitations, and the risks described in this Disclaimer.
This Disclaimer should be read together with our Terms of Service,
Privacy Policy, and any product-specific notices displayed within
the Services.
SECTION 02
Educational, informational, and research use only
AriSai Quant provides quantitative tools and general market
research intended to support education, independent analysis,
methodology study, and structured decision-making.
The Services may include:
- Market trend, regime, valuation, derivatives, liquidity, and macro analysis;
- Relative-strength rankings, rotation frameworks, and model portfolios;
- Dollar-cost averaging, allocation, risk, and portfolio-research tools;
- TradingView indicators, scripts, alerts, and documentation;
- Historical analytics, simulations, backtests, and performance measurements;
- Automated explanations and AI-assisted educational support.
The Services are not designed to replace your own research,
professional advice, or independent judgment.
SECTION 03
No personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
Nothing provided by AriSai Quant constitutes personalized
financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
AriSai Quant does not evaluate your financial circumstances,
objectives, risk tolerance, experience, tax position, investment
horizon, liquidity needs, portfolio composition, or legal
obligations.
Nothing in the Services constitutes an individualized
recommendation, suitability assessment, solicitation, fiduciary
service, or personalized instruction to buy, sell, hold, short,
allocate to, or avoid any financial instrument or digital asset.
General explanations supplied through documentation, videos,
email, customer support, community discussion, or an AI assistant
remain educational and informational. They do not create an
advisory or fiduciary relationship.
SECTION 04
Quantitative model outputs and signal terminology
The Services may display automated model outputs such as asset
rankings, model holdings, allocation percentages, entry or exit
states, accumulation or distribution ranges, risk classifications,
regime labels, valuation bands, relative-strength scores, and
systematic portfolio states.
Outputs may use terminology such as “buy”, “sell”, “hold”, “cash”,
“active”, “gated”, “watching”, “risk-on”, “risk-off”, “bull”,
“bear”, “allocation”, “top pick”, or similar terms.
These terms describe the state or output of a general,
rule-based quantitative model. They are not personalized
instructions directed to you.
Model outputs are generated from predefined mathematical,
statistical, and systematic methodologies. They do not account
for your personal circumstances and must be independently
interpreted and evaluated.
SECTION 05
Backtests, simulations, and hypothetical performance
The Services may present backtests, simulations, walk-forward
analysis, Monte Carlo analysis, hypothetical portfolios,
optimization results, historical rankings, model evaluations,
drawdowns, performance ratios, and other statistical information.
Such information is subject to significant limitations, including:
- Hindsight, selection, survivorship, and data-snooping bias;
- Historical data errors, revisions, gaps, and methodology differences;
- Assumptions concerning fees, spreads, slippage, liquidity, taxes, and execution;
- Differences between simulated conditions and live market behavior;
- Overfitting, parameter instability, and model degradation;
- Events and market regimes not represented in the tested period.
Past performance and hypothetical results do not guarantee or
reliably predict future performance. Actual outcomes may differ
materially from historical or simulated results.
SECTION 06
Quantitative model limitations
Every quantitative model is a simplified representation of
markets and is subject to assumptions, uncertainty, estimation
error, and changing conditions.
Models may:
- Generate false, late, incomplete, or conflicting outputs;
- Fail to identify a market reversal, crash, rally, or structural change;
- Underperform a benchmark or remain in cash during profitable periods;
- Experience drawdowns materially larger than those seen historically;
- Become less effective or obsolete as market behavior evolves;
- React differently when data, assets, exchanges, or execution assumptions change.
No model, indicator, ranking, allocation, or risk framework is
guaranteed to be accurate, profitable, suitable, or effective in
every market environment.
SECTION 07
Digital-asset and market risks
Digital assets and financial markets involve substantial and
sometimes extreme risks. These risks may include:
- Rapid price movements and permanent loss of capital;
- Low liquidity, wide spreads, slippage, and inability to exit a position;
- Exchange insolvency, suspension, hacking, withdrawal restrictions, or operational failure;
- Wallet loss, private-key compromise, smart-contract failure, and cybersecurity incidents;
- Stablecoin depegging, token failure, protocol exploits, and governance changes;
- Market manipulation, concentration, leverage, liquidation, and counterparty risk;
- Regulatory, tax, legal, and technological changes;
- Losses caused by outages, delays, rejected transactions, or execution errors.
You should never deploy funds that you cannot afford to lose and
should carefully evaluate the risks of leverage, derivatives,
custody, and third-party platforms.
SECTION 08
Data, calculations, alerts, and technical risks
AriSai Quant may rely on exchanges, market-data vendors, public
datasets, APIs, hosting providers, databases, content-delivery
systems, and other third parties.
Data and calculations may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate,
duplicated, revised, unavailable, or affected by differing
methodologies. A displayed timestamp, “live” label, signal,
allocation, price, ranking, alert, or model state does not
guarantee real-time accuracy or successful delivery.
Software, code, charts, scripts, integrations, notifications, and
AI systems may contain bugs or experience downtime, caching,
communication failures, security incidents, or other technical
problems.
You are responsible for independently confirming material
information before relying on it or placing a transaction.
SECTION 09
AI assistants, documentation, and support communications
AriSai Quant may provide AI-generated explanations, automated
documentation search, educational chat tools, or customer-support
responses intended to explain platform functionality, terminology,
methodology, and general research concepts.
AI and automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated,
inconsistent, or based on an incorrect interpretation of your
question.
AI assistants and support representatives are not authorized to
provide personalized financial advice, suitability determinations,
guarantees, or instructions tailored to your finances.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, payment-card
details, exchange credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal
information through an AI assistant or support channel.
SECTION 10
Your responsibility
You remain solely responsible for:
- Your research, interpretation, and investment decisions;
- Whether and how you use a model, indicator, ranking, or allocation;
- Your position sizing, leverage, execution, custody, security, and risk controls;
- Verifying prices, signals, timestamps, calculations, and other material information;
- Your tax, reporting, regulatory, and legal obligations;
- Determining whether the Services are lawful and appropriate in your jurisdiction.
You should not rely on the Services as the sole basis for a
financial decision. Where appropriate, consult an independently
licensed financial, legal, tax, or accounting professional.
SECTION 11
Regulatory status and no client relationship

- A custodian, wallet provider, bank, lender, or insurer;
- A tax, legal, or accounting adviser.
Your use of the Services does not create an advisory, brokerage,
fiduciary, agency, partnership, joint-venture, employment, or
professional-client relationship.
Legal classification depends on the substance of a service and
applicable law. AriSai Quant may modify or restrict features where
necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
SECTION 12
International users and local law
AriSai Quant is based in Sweden and may be accessed by users in
other countries. The availability of the Services does not mean
that they are lawful, suitable, registered, or approved in every
jurisdiction.
You are responsible for determining whether your access to and use
of the Services complies with the laws, regulations, licensing
requirements, sanctions, tax rules, and other obligations that
apply to you.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes mandatory rights or protections
that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable Swedish, European
Union, consumer, or local law.
We may restrict access from particular countries, territories, or

payment, sanctions, or operational reasons.
SECTION 13
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services
are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any
kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
AriSai Quant does not warrant uninterrupted availability,
error-free operation, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness
for a particular purpose, merchantability, profitability, or any
specific investment or trading outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AriSai Quant
and its owners, personnel, contractors, licensors, and service
providers will not be liable for:
- Investment, trading, or financial losses;
- Loss of profit, opportunity, revenue, goodwill, or data;
- Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses;
- Losses arising from reliance on a model, signal, ranking, calculation, alert, AI response, or support communication;
- Third-party failures, exchange outages, execution issues, or data inaccuracies;
- Unauthorized access, service interruption, software defects, or technical failure.
Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability or mandatory rights
that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
SECTION 14
Relationship to the Terms of Service and other notices
This Disclaimer supplements the AriSai Quant Terms of Service.
If there is a conflict between this Disclaimer and the Terms of
Service, the Terms of Service will govern to the extent of that
conflict, subject to mandatory applicable law.
Product pages, dashboards, indicators, documentation, checkout
