SECTION 01

Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and AriSai Quant (“AriSai Quant”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) concerning your access to and use of our website and Services.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing paid content, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

SECTION 02

Nature of the Services

AriSai Quant provides quantitative research software, analytical dashboards, systematic models, indicators, educational materials, visualizations, and related tools intended for informational, educational, and research purposes.

The Services may include:

• Market trend, regime, valuation, derivatives, liquidity, and macro analysis;
• Relative-strength rankings, rotation frameworks, and model portfolios;
• Dollar-cost averaging, risk, and portfolio-research tools;
• TradingView indicators, scripts, alerts, and educational documentation;
• Historical analytics, simulations, backtests, and statistical measurements;
• Automated explanations, documentation search, and AI-assisted education.

The Services are research tools. They do not provide custody, brokerage, order routing, trade execution, discretionary asset management, or control over your exchange, wallet, or investment account.

SECTION 03

Quantitative model outputs

The Services may display automated model outputs such as asset rankings, allocation percentages, model holdings, entry or exit states, accumulation or distribution ranges, risk classifications, regime labels, valuation bands, relative-strength scores, and other systematic calculations.

These outputs are generated from predefined mathematical, statistical, and rule-based methodologies. They may be displayed using words such as “buy”, “sell”, “hold”, “cash”, “active”, “risk-on”, “risk-off”, “bull”, “bear”, “allocation”, or similar model terminology.

Model outputs are not manually tailored to your financial situation, experience, objectives, tax position, time horizon, portfolio, liquidity needs, or risk tolerance. You are responsible for deciding whether any output is relevant to you.

SECTION 04

No personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice

AriSai Quant does not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing in the Services constitutes an individualized recommendation, fiduciary service, suitability assessment, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold a financial instrument or digital asset.

We do not assess whether a particular transaction, strategy, allocation, asset, or level of risk is suitable or appropriate for you.

Any general explanation supplied through documentation, email, customer support, community discussion, video, AI assistant, or other communication remains educational and informational unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing and are legally permitted to provide such a service.

SECTION 05

Market risk and user responsibility

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital assets and financial markets involve substantial risk and volatility;
• You may lose part or all of the capital you choose to deploy;
• No model, indicator, portfolio, or methodology can guarantee profits or prevent losses;
• Market structure, liquidity, correlations, volatility, and execution conditions may change rapidly;
• You remain solely responsible for your research, decisions, orders, position sizing, leverage, custody, taxes, and compliance obligations;
• You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

You must not rely on the Services as the sole basis for a financial decision. You are responsible for independently verifying information and evaluating risk.

SECTION 06

Backtests, simulations, and performance information

The Services may present hypothetical or historical information, including backtests, simulations, model portfolios, walk-forward tests, Monte Carlo analysis, performance ratios, drawdowns, rankings, and comparisons.

Such information is subject to material limitations, including:

• Hindsight and model-selection bias;
• Data quality, revisions, survivorship bias, and missing data;
• Assumptions concerning fees, spreads, slippage, liquidity, taxes, and execution;
• Differences between simulated and live market behavior;
• The possibility of overfitting and future model degradation.

SECTION 07

Data, calculations, and technical limitations

The Services may rely on exchanges, market-data vendors, public datasets, application programming interfaces, hosting providers, and other third parties. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, revised, unavailable, or affected by differing methodologies.

Models, software, code, charts, alerts, and integrations may contain errors or experience interruptions. A displayed timestamp, “live” label, signal, price, allocation, ranking, or status does not guarantee real-time accuracy or successful delivery.

You are responsible for independently confirming material information before relying on it. AriSai Quant is not responsible for an exchange outage, data-provider failure, wallet issue, transaction failure, rejected order, missed alert, or other third-party event.

SECTION 08

Subscriptions, access, pricing, and billing

Certain Services require registration or a paid subscription. The features, billing interval, price, taxes, trial conditions, and access level applicable to your purchase are shown at checkout or in your account.

Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. By starting a recurring subscription, you authorize our payment processor to charge the applicable fees and taxes using your selected payment method at each renewal.

We may change prices, plans, features, limits, or packaging. Price changes for an existing recurring subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law and will generally apply from a future renewal.

Payment processing may be handled by third parties such as Stripe. Their separate terms and privacy practices may also apply.

SECTION 09

Withdrawal rights, cancellation, and refunds

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the available subscription-management tools or by contacting us. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation prevents future renewal and access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Consumers may have mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, conformity, refund, or other rights under Swedish or European Union law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where immediate access to digital content or a digital service is supplied during a statutory withdrawal period, we may ask you to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge any legally applicable effect on your right of withdrawal.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees already charged are not automatically refundable merely because you did not use the Services, changed your mind after any applicable withdrawal period, or disagree with a model outcome.

SECTION 10

Accounts, security, and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your password, access token, API key, and device secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not:

• Share, transfer, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit an account or subscription;
• Allow another person to use credentials intended for a single user;
• Scrape, harvest, mirror, frame, crawl, or systematically extract protected content or data;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, circumvent access controls, or attempt to discover source code or proprietary methodologies;
• Use automated tools in a manner that burdens, disrupts, probes, or compromises the Services;
• Use the Services unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, or to infringe another person’s rights;
• Present AriSai Quant outputs as your own regulated advice or guaranteed performance.

We may impose reasonable technical limits and investigate suspected misuse, fraud, credential sharing, unauthorized redistribution, or security threats.

SECTION 11

Intellectual property and permitted use

The Services and their contents are owned by AriSai Quant or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws. This includes software, source code, scripts, indicators, algorithms, model logic, methodologies, documentation, text, graphics, interfaces, charts, rankings, datasets, videos, branding, and educational materials.

Subject to these Terms and your applicable plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, internal, non-commercial research.

No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not reproduce, publish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, create derivative products from, or publicly disclose protected content except where expressly authorized in writing.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant us the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content for the operation of the Services.

SECTION 12

AI assistants, documentation, and support communications

The Services may include AI-generated explanations or automated responses based on AriSai Quant documentation and other materials. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent and must be independently evaluated.

AI assistants and customer-support communications are intended to explain product functionality, terminology, methodology, and general educational concepts. They are not authorized to provide personalized financial advice, suitability determinations, guarantees, or instructions tailored to your finances.

You should not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, highly sensitive financial information, or unnecessary personal data to an AI assistant or support channel.

SECTION 13

Changes, availability, suspension, and termination

We may update, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features or Services, including models, methodologies, supported assets, data sources, plan entitlements, and user interfaces. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, credential sharing, security risk, legal requirements, or harm to the Services or other users.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, payment, disclaimer, and liability provisions—will continue to apply.

SECTION 14

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, profitability, or any specific outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AriSai Quant and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, trading losses, or losses arising from reliance on a model, signal, ranking, calculation, alert, third-party service, or technical failure.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights.

SECTION 15

International users and mandatory local law

AriSai Quant is operated from Sweden and may be accessed by users in many countries.
These Terms are written for an international audience, but they do not override any
mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under the law of your country or
region and that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, applicable EU
and national consumer-protection rules may apply in addition to Swedish law. If you are
located outside the EU/EEA, local consumer, privacy, tax, sanctions, export-control,
financial-services, or other laws may apply to your use of the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Services is lawful in your
jurisdiction. We may restrict or decline access in countries or regions where providing
the Services would create legal, regulatory, sanctions, security, or operational risk.

SECTION 16

Changes to these Terms, governing law, disputes, and contact

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, security, business practices, or risk. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of habitual residence.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the competent courts of Sweden. Consumers may also bring proceedings in another competent court or use a legally available consumer dispute-resolution mechanism where applicable law permits.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining
provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any checkout terms, plan terms, or notices
expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and AriSai Quant
concerning the Services.
