and market participants who prefer structured, rule-based,
data-driven analysis and who understand that digital assets
involve substantial risk.

No. AriSai Quant provides general quantitative research,
educational information, and model-driven outputs.
It does not assess your personal finances, objectives,
tax position, portfolio, or risk tolerance.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions and should
consult an appropriately licensed professional where needed.

No. AriSai Quant does not hold customer funds, connect to
your wallet for custody, execute orders, manage portfolios,
operate an exchange, or provide copy trading.

AriSai Quant offers Free, Pro, and Elite access levels.
Each plan unlocks a different set of dashboards, models,
tools, and future premium products.

The pricing page shows the current features included in each
plan. Plan features may evolve as the platform develops.

Free members receive access to selected research and dashboard
features. Some market data may be delayed and premium tools
remain locked.

Pro provides broader access to AriSai Quant’s market
intelligence dashboard, live completed data, and additional
premium research tools. Future TradingView indicators may also
be included according to the product description shown at
checkout.

Elite includes everything in Pro plus advanced systematic
products such as the Rotation System, Alt League or
relative-strength tools, portfolio and DCA functionality,
and other Elite-only models shown on the pricing page.

Access is normally updated automatically after a successful
Stripe checkout or subscription event. In some cases, you may
need to log out and sign back in before the new access level
appears.

Contact support if your subscription is active but the correct
plan is not shown.

No. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each membership is
licensed to one individual. Account sharing, reselling,
credential sharing, or redistributing protected content may
result in suspension or termination.

Some systems display rule-based model states, rankings,
allocations, entry or exit conditions, DCA zones, or asset
selections. These are automated outputs from predefined
quantitative methodologies.

They are not personalized trade instructions and do not
account for your personal circumstances.

The Rotation System is a systematic allocation framework
that compares eligible assets and may rotate exposure among
assets or defensive positioning according to predefined
model rules.

It can underperform, remain defensive during profitable
periods, change positions, or experience losses.

These tools compare assets using systematic relative-strength
and market-condition rules. A higher ranking describes the
model’s current calculation and is not a guarantee that the
asset will outperform.

The DCA model is a structured research framework intended to
organize accumulation conditions, valuation context, or
staged entries according to predefined rules.

It does not determine an appropriate investment amount for
you and cannot guarantee that an accumulation range will be
profitable.

Yes. Model states can change as new market data becomes
available. Data can also be revised, delayed, or affected by
technical issues. Always confirm the displayed timestamp and
independently evaluate material information.

No. No model, allocation, indicator, ranking, or methodology
can guarantee profits, prevent losses, or ensure
outperformance.

Premium TradingView indicators and systematic tools are
planned for eligible Pro and Elite members. The exact
products, access rules, and availability will be shown on
the pricing or product page when released.

Yes, TradingView-based products require a separate TradingView
account. AriSai Quant is independent of TradingView and does
not control TradingView subscriptions, availability, or
platform changes.

When invite-only tools are released, eligible members may be
asked to submit their exact TradingView username. Access
instructions and expected activation times will be shown on
the relevant member page.

Yes. Alerts depend on TradingView, internet connectivity,
device settings, configured conditions, and other technical
systems. No alert should be treated as guaranteed or as the
sole basis for a transaction.

Payments and recurring subscriptions are processed through
Stripe or another payment provider displayed at checkout.
AriSai Quant generally does not store your full payment-card
details.

Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically until
cancelled. The billing interval, price, and renewal details
are shown at checkout and in the subscription-management
area.

Use the subscription-management option in your account or
contact support. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops
future renewal and access continues until the end of the
current paid billing period.

Refund and withdrawal rights depend on the checkout terms and
applicable consumer law. Nothing in AriSai Quant’s policies
removes mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.

Review the Terms of Service for the full cancellation,
withdrawal, and refund provisions.

Where enabled, you can change plans through the available
billing or subscription-management tools. Access updates are
normally applied after Stripe confirms the change.

Update frequency depends on the model and data source.
Daily models generally update after the relevant UTC daily
candle has completed and upstream data has become available.

Some datasets may update at different times or experience
provider delays.

Selected Free-plan data may be intentionally delayed.
Pro, Elite, and administrator accounts receive the access
level described for their plan, subject to data-provider and
technical availability.

First confirm that you are logged into the correct account.
Then log out, sign back in, and refresh the page.
Browser caching or a recently changed subscription can
temporarily show an older access state.

Contact support if Stripe shows an active subscription but
your AriSai Quant account still displays the wrong plan.

Use a current version of a major browser such as Chrome,
Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Outdated browsers, strict privacy
settings, script blockers, or disabled cookies may affect
dashboard and account functionality.

Yes. AriSai Quant relies on exchanges, data vendors, APIs,
hosting, caching, and software systems. Data can be delayed,
incomplete, revised, unavailable, or affected by errors.
Independently verify material information.

Depending on how you use the Services, AriSai Quant may
process account details, email address, subscription and
transaction information, support messages, technical logs,
cookie choices, and data you choose to save in portfolio
tools.

reasonably necessary for hosting, payments, security,
